Well, as my title says, I'm considering re-activating. Not sure that I am. Curious if anyone is playing at all.

twinky resubbed recently. seemed like he was having fun, although he has been pretty quiet as of late so I assume he hasn't been that active.

I was thinking about reactivating. I miss the awsome pvp in this game. And now that my wife and are are financially back on our feet again thanks to a massive tax return due to having a baby last year, my credit card is all paid off so I can use it for keeping up gaming subscriptions again.

Anyone else considering playing again? It would be nice to get a lot of the people back that first started playing. I think I'm still the guild leader in the game, so that would certainly help getting the guild running again.

Not that anyone has heard from me in quite some time, but I just reactivated my account and have been running around having a good time with the new changes. My main is Destruction on Vortex, but I have lots of fun with Order alts, and wouldn't mind creating one on Gorefang to see how running up the ladder on that side works out.

Have the changes they made had any real impact on the game?

Their player count estimates on the PQs are spot on in the ones I've run since i got back in.
My buddy and I have been 2manning the 2-3 player public quests throughout all pairings of tier 4 without significant difficulty (but then again, we both know how to play our class).
I've been through a couple of scenario runs, and the RVR balance on the classes seems to have been worked out a bit; not seeing incredibly lopsided 1on1's between 2 players who know what they're doing.

My biggest concern is the fact that they lowered the cap even further on sieges.
Sieges are what drove me away the first time; I was part of a group in December that crashed the tier 4 Sylvania Reikland server 4 times in an hour trying to sack Altdorf (there were 300 of us split between multiple warbands and i believe 200-250 order).
And they never reset the 1 hour clock.
When it ran out I think about 100 of the 300 in the group that night quit playing because of it.
I've only been back for a week, and so haven't been part of a group of that magnitude yet.

But it's been great for pick up groups and nights when I can only play for 30-45 minutes at a time. Still a lot of fun.

I'm really curious to see if Bright Mages still have the same lvl 4 morale ability; you know the one? Disconnect opponents? Especially effective in defending a keep if 3 or more use it at the same time.
