Well I'm having fun so far, this PvP system really plays well I think, few mild corrections I need to make to how I said it works...
You can only kill 3 levels below without a penalty, unless someone in your group who is lower has tagged them or hit your group mate(I think, hard to prove with all the chaos goin on), you can kill over your level for however high you can manage. roughly 9-12 points per murder, so after 8-10 kills your flagged permanently untill its worked off... working off the flag is very easy, (the quests are simple kill and gather and do 3 at a time and each one takes off 11.5 murder points). if some one in the group gets a murder kill everyone is flagged as criminal (5 minutes), and refreshes with each kill or if someoen joins with a flag. If your flagged and someone attacks you, you can fight back without penalty, I actually tested this one, was funny as hell.
Had about 50 kills, 5 deaths tonight and only put on 47 murder points and worked it down to 10 with one round of quests on my barbarian. Then the group went to Khesophf province, I pulled out my lvl29 ranger (group members were 23 & 26, both rangers too) and we went after and killed anyone that was 20-63, the 63(conq) had a hilarious ending, he charged a groupmate so I closed in with sword and board and got the fatality in one hit (I was trying to drop a trap and hamstring him and the fatality triggered on the hamstring combo). had some nice group fights with that guy's guild. The only things we died to were city guards, other than that we whooped'm hard despite being out-numbered and out-leveled. My ranger ended the night with 15 kills and 3 death, no murder points (suprisingly)... Another note, mentoring is taken into account for level differences so you don't have to worry about what real level they are aslong as they are within 3 levels below. Also, the lvl 80 guards now 1 hit anything, including other lvl80 players, they are not agro'd by criminal tags but haven't tested murder tags.
