A fresh install insn't needed to get rid of old video drivers.  If you haven't done that yet, give this a try.

Then again, if it's been much over a year I usually look for an excuse for a fresh format and install. Nothing like a brand new baby OS installation. :)

I prefer a dirty OS....

You can catch something nasty from a dirty OS you know  ;)

I'm currently working directly with Daybreak after writing a long and detailed Email about my difficulties. I've DL'd and used the Driver Uninstaller Program ( thanks Milkman, its friggin awesome! ) and have deleted and re-checked several batches of game files. If anything, the problem has gotten worse but at least they are working with me now. I got the chance to play for like 10 minutes with Valen and Leadtail but honestly, it's like playing a game about how to handle a seizure, just oh so choppy. This has given me the excuse at least for a fresh windows install. We'll see, maybe I'll get lucky. If not, I bought all of ARMAs DLCs and I'm having a pretty good time playing that as well. Runs like a champ at 60FPS with most everything maxed out. Who knows? lol

So I gave up troubleshooting, Re-installed Win 10, and now running a solid 60fps in battles now on high settings. Thank Christ!!! What a pain in the bingus.

The crappy part is that I never did find out what the problem was. Software based is known for sure now after that re-install, but I would've still liked to of known what program or piece of program to punch in the face lol.

Thanks to everyone for the help though, and playing tonight with Valen, Etou, Star was damn good times. Game is a whole different ball game above 20FPS. Now I just have to catch up a bit on the game because I have poo experience in it and was running around like a 3rd wheel.

i have found when running around as a 3rd wheel to just keep asking what people need. :P  Or constantly asking where to go if i don't see where everyone went.  While perhaps slightly anoying to everyone, i feel at least im contributing what the team needs.  :ar:
