I paid $100.  :spazz:

I'm sure the answer to this question will vary depending on who the answer is for.

They are firing up a 3rd server tonight or tomorrow which will open things up a bit I think.

Good thing. I logged in and couldn't even get onto the right server, much less right plot of land

I managed to squeeze one in. I did some running around tonight, I think saw atleast one or two potential spots in the area. You might hop on TS and ask Pyl, he has a good eye for that since he found mine.
I'll try anything once and do it again for fun.

They are currently working on making it a LOT easier to find a spot. Instead of those huge outter boxes that you have to fit in like a 3d puzzle on the map, they are just going to highlight all the area that the little box will fit in red on the ground.

I haven't seen how they do it now, but that's cool if they are making it easier. I bought it, its installing now. Hopefully I can find a plat around you all today sometime.

Remember, it's 3D. That's how we fit so many in so close. Use different elevations to your advantage to get your bounding box above or below the bounding box that you think is causing you to not be able to place. You can pull up your claim and re-deploy it if you don't like the spot, but you have to log out and back in after doing it if you want to plant it in the same area. Also, if you change continents, it remembers all the claim spots from both continents and displays them all on the map. So before you go out to place a claim, its a good idea to log out and back in to the island you are attempting to place it on. Best to get on teamspeak and see if anyone is on who might be able to help. Good luck!

scratch the having to log out and back in part.

Quote
Fixed and issue where the map and claims placement view would "accumulate" data as you moved from island to island. This made it impossible to see the true state of any given island without logging out and back in.
